You keep the services margin. We license the parser they cannot get from the platform vendor.

Every Databricks, Snowflake, and Google migration that hits SAS or COBOL needs a parser Lakebridge and Cortex will not fund. License MigryX into your delivery environment. Atlas is sold to the bank, not bundled into your capacity license.

Capacity license

Annual LoC across all of your projects. This is what the SI pays MigryX — not the cost of doing the work by hand.

Practice

$200K

Up to 1M LoC/year

Enterprise SI

from $900K

5M+ LoC/year, multi-region

Per-project alternative: the end-customer direct band less 30%, one-year minimum. Includes enablement for two certified engineers, a sandbox, and second-line support. You do first-line.

What you get

Engine under your delivery

Deploy in your environment or the client’s. Same SaaS or air-gapped build as direct. Output can drop into Lakebridge, Cortex, or BQMS workflows when that is how the program already runs.

No channel conflict on services

MigryX does not take the SI’s SOW. Guided and Full stack on direct deals stay with us. On SI-led deals you own first-line delivery.

Atlas stays direct

The relationship that outlives the SI is the CDO / risk / audit subscription. 10% referral when you introduce Atlas. Atlas is never bundled into the capacity license.

Enablement package

Two engineers certified, sandbox tenant, second-line support, and a written fence for mainframe batch (JCL, COBOL + copybooks, DB2 SQL — not CICS/VSAM/online).

Databricks partners

The funded wedge is SAS → Databricks. Lakebridge covers the SQL. MigryX covers SAS, COBOL batch, and the evidence pack.
