You get

  • Converted, readable code on your target: Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, PySpark, or Polars.
  • Row-level Data Matching against the original outputs, with an exception report.
  • Lineage, conversion notes, and a plan for the rest of the estate.

We need

  • The selected programs, agreed inputs and original outputs (or a run in your environment), and a target workspace.

Mainframe batch pilot

8–10 weeks · 2–3 job streams

You get

  • JCL to orchestration, COBOL and copybooks to target code, DB2 SQL translated.
  • Parity report against the batch outputs you supply.

We need

  • JCL, COBOL sources, copybooks, DB2 DDL, and extracted test data. Nothing connects to the mainframe.

Certify pilot

2–4 weeks · one workload already converted by a free tool or an SI

You get

  • Independent row-level Data Matching of converted output against the original.
  • Exception report with dispositions.

We need

  • Original and converted outputs for the same inputs, plus agreed keys and tolerances. The source must still be running.
