Privacy Policy

Effective September 22, 2026. This policy is the public privacy policy for MigryX. Customer use of the software is covered by the Terms of Use and EULA.

1. Who we are

MigryX (“MigryX,” “we,” “us”) provides software that modernizes legacy analytics and data-integration code onto platforms including Databricks. We operate from Indianapolis, Indiana, and Hyderabad, India. Contact hello@migryx.com for privacy requests.

2. What this policy covers

This policy covers personal information we collect through:

• migryx.com and related pages, including demo and assessment forms
• sales, support, and partner conversations
• a hosted MigryX workspace (SaaS)
• optional connections you authorize between MigryX and your Databricks workspace

It does not cover Databricks itself. Your use of the Databricks platform is governed by your agreement with Databricks and by Databricks’ privacy policy.

3. Information we collect

Account and business contacts

Name, work email, company, role, phone number, and billing contacts you or your organization give us when you request a demo, start an evaluation, or buy a subscription.

Website and product usage

IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and similar technical data collected through cookies and Google Tag Manager. In the hosted workspace we also collect sign-in events, feature usage, and diagnostic logs needed to run and secure the service.

Support and communications

Messages you send us, meeting notes, and files you choose to share for troubleshooting.

Customer materials in SaaS

If you use the hosted workspace, the source code, metadata, and samples you upload are processed to produce the converted output you asked for. We use that content to provide the service, not to sell it and not to train a public model.

Self-hosted deployments

When MigryX runs in your environment, your source code and your Databricks data stay there. We do not receive that content unless you send it to us, for example in a support ticket.

Databricks connections

If you connect a Databricks workspace, MigryX accesses only the workspace resources your credentials and permissions allow, and only to perform the conversion, validation, or deployment steps you start. We do not sell Databricks data, and we do not use it for advertising.

4. How we use information

• Provide, secure, and support MigryX
• Respond to demos, assessments, and partner inquiries
• Authenticate users and administer subscriptions
• Send service notices and, where allowed, product updates you can opt out of
• Meet legal, tax, and security obligations

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only:

• with service providers who host email, analytics, or infrastructure for us, under contracts that limit their use of the data
• with Databricks only as the platform you connect, under the credentials you supply
• if a law, court, or regulator requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of MigryX, our customers, or others
• as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of the business, with notice where the law requires it

6. Retention

We keep personal information for as long as your organization has an account, and afterward for the period needed for support records, invoices, security logs, and legal claims. You can ask us to delete contact details we no longer need to keep.

7. International transfers

We work in the United States and India. Information may be accessed from either location to operate the business. Where required, we use contractual safeguards for those transfers.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, including under the GDPR and the CCPA/CPRA, you may ask to access, correct, delete, or export personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of marketing. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Email hello@migryx.com to make a request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

You can control cookies in your browser. Blocking cookies may limit site features that depend on them.

9. Security

We use access controls, encryption in transit, and least-privilege practices appropriate to a business software service. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

10. Children

MigryX is a business product. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

11. Changes

We will post updates on this page and change the effective date. If a change materially reduces your rights, we will also notify active customers by email.
